The world around us generally contains much more information than we can take in. To be well adapted, we must make decisions about aspects that are most relevant to us. We must also constantly change our behavior to reflect both the constantly changing world as well as our changing goals. The dynamic aspects of perception and short-term memory are the focus of our lab research.
